FUNCTION

- You will lead the global supply chain activities and you will align them with our strategy.
- You will set up an S&OP across our business units to ensure that critical processes run effectively and to achieve organizational goals and performance metrics.
- You will coordinate and manage customer service, warehousing, delivery schedules and transportation costs. As for indirect spend, your focus will be on process coordination.
- You will utilize data monitoring and analytics that should result in a better streamlining of all links of the entire supply value chain.
- You will apply operational excellence, define and ensure the implementation of working standards and procedures to optimize working effectiveness.
- You will ensure that working tools are in place and that IT systems can interact in an optimal way.
- You will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

PROFILE

- You have a Bachelor and/or master’s degree in engineering.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain in FMCG. Experience in the food industry is an asset.
- You have demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and change management.
- You are a born project manager with strong analytical skills.
- You are digital savvy and have a good knowledge of SAP and/or Objective.
- You are a team player and able to adapt in a matrixial and multicultural environment.
- You are able to handle complexity, balancing quality and detail with pragmatism and hands-on problem-solving. You have a focus on delivering value.
- You are proficient in Dutch, English and ideally also in French.
- You are open to travel to our plants from time to time (2 day business trips).
