Vos missions Coordonner et suivre les projets DBFM (Conception, Construction, Financement et Maintenance) au sein des infrastructures. Traduire les besoins des clients en documentation technique, devis et plannings, y compris les aspects sécurité. Suivre de manière autonome les sous-projets et les chantiers, de la préparation à l'exécution. Gérer le personnel du chantier et servir d'interlocuteur central pour les clients, les bureaux d'études, les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs. Suivre le calendrier, les budgets, l'administration et la qualité des projets confiés. Responsable hiérarchique du chef de service et collaborant étroitement avec ses collègues. Brève description du poste Vous êtes Licence en sciences industrielles (électromécanique ou électricité) + au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que chef de projet. Expérience des projets DBFM, suivi financier et connaissance des outils de gestion de projet. Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et organisation ; autonomie et capacité à résoudre les problèmes. Flexible, résistant au stress, pragmatique et orienté chantier. Maîtrise de MS Office, rigueur administrative et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément. Dynamique, proactif et capable de motiver une équipe.
