Heb jij ervaring in de automotive sector en ben je gepassioneerd door schade-inspectie en het technisch beheer van bedrijfswagens? Dan hebben wij dé functie voor jou Als Technical Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inspecteren van bedrijfswagens en het beheren van schadegevallen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Technische controle van bedrijfswagens, inclusief het inspecteren van schades volgens de Renta Norm.
- Verwerken van gegevens en opstellen van herstelbestekken en rapporten voor klanten.
- Bespreken van technische en schaderapporten en zorgen voor duidelijke uitleg aan klanten.
- Opvolgen van de technische staat en schades van wagenparken.
- Ondersteunen van het team bij speciale projecten en aanvullende taken uitvoeren.
Profiel
Jouw profiel:
- Ervaring in de automotive sector, met focus op schadebeheer (bijvoorbeeld als medewerker op de autokeuring).
- Klantvriendelijk en een echte teamspeler.
- Probleemoplossend, resultaatgericht, en in staat om deadlines te respecteren.
- Je durft problemen aan te kaarten bij je leidinggevende indien nodig.
- Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
- Ervaring met Word en Excel, en snel leren werken met nieuwe tools en apps.
- Flexibiliteit is voor jou geen probleem: bereid om te werken in een flexibel uurrooster tussen 7:30 en 18:00.
