We bridge the gap between public affairs and management consulting, influencing policy, the public and commercial strategy.
Job Description
Financial Planning :
1. Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board.
2. Assess current financial practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
3. Develop and implement financial policies and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company goals.
Financial Reporting & Compliance :
1. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, in alignment with GAAP, IFRS, or other applicable standards.
2. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and Board presentations, providing clear insights into financial performance and operational metrics.
3. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, managing internal and external audits effectively.
Management & Ownership :
1. Management of the external partners in charge of accounting & controlling.
2. Management of the administrative team in charge of payroll and administrative documents.
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate :
1. Education: MBA or Master's in Finance or equivalent.
2. Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
3. Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business partnering, and financial analysis.
4. Leadership Skills: Proven track record in building and leading high-performing finance teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
5. Communication: FLUENT IN ENGLISH, French/Dutch are a plus.
6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
7. Ethics and Integrity: High ethical standards and commitment to corporate responsibility.
