Vaste job bij A-merk in huishoudtoestellen Als servicetechnieker kom je terecht bij internationale speler van huishoudelijke toestellen voor regio Gent Ben jij die klantvriendelijke servicetechnieker op zoek naar een heel gevarieerde job? Lees snel verder Je krijgt als technieker eerst een interne opleiding om het merk en de producten te leren kennen. Na je opleiding ga je van start binnen je werkregio. Wat is je takenpakket als Servicetechnieker/Field Service Engineer ? - Klanten bezoeken waarbij je onmiddellijk het probleem gaat verhelpen aan onder andere wasmachines en droogkasten. Je krijgt de opdrachten door van het hoofdkantoor via een tablet en je krijgt een bedrijfscamionette tot jou beschikking. Je werkt steeds met recent materiaal. - Je bestelt wisselstukken om problemen op te lossen. Deze worden 's nachts via Post NL geleverd zodat je zelf niet naar het hoofdkantoor moet. Jouw werkregio is Brugge - Gent waarbij je als technieker vertrekt van thuis uit. Affiniteit met techniek is een belangrijke must in de job, belangrijker dan praktische werkervaring. Vanuit deze worldwide leader in huishoudelijke toestellen wordt intern verder in jou geïnvesteerd. Profiel Je achtergrond als Field Service Engineer / Technieker op de baan / Servicetechnieker ? Een technische achtergrond is nodig om een vlotte foutopsporing te kunnen doen, dit kan echter op diverse vlakken zijn. Het bedrijf voorziet een volledige interne opleiding qua productkennis. Je houdt ervan om servicegericht te werken en bent commercieel ingesteld. Je helpt de klant met de glimlach verder. Jij bent immers het visitekaartje van het bedrijf Spreken en begrijpen van de Nederlandse taal vormt geen probleem voor jou. Je moet de klant te woord kunnen staan. Gezien dit om een job op de baan gaat , bezit je een geldig rijbewijs B.
