In order to support the growth of our Finance Department, we are currently looking for a Consolidation Supervisor to join our Team. If you are passionate about Africa and Finance, this position is for you You are part of the Finance department and report directly to the Head of Consolidation & Reporting ; You have a central role within the team and are responsible for collecting data from our affiliates in Africa. You also play a very active role in analyzing monthly reports, explaining gaps, management KPIs and annual budgets together with country controllers ; You prepare consolidated packages for budgets and forecasts ; You manage Interco's and the Reconciliation of positions in collaboration with counterparties (follow up and corrective actions if needed) ; You provide ad hoc consolidation of affiliates data ; You manage consolidation in line with monthly consolidation calendar ; You are in charge of monthly consolidated reporting of SMT Africa as well as monthly analysis to provide to the Management committee ; You actively coordinate annual audit preparation and provide materials for annual closing exercise ; You participate in the continuous improvement of processes, documentation and management control of all activities of SMT Africa. You hold a university degree within Finance/Accounting/Audit ; You already have a minimum of 7 years' professional experience as auditor, financial analyst, business analyst or controller ; You have a first experience working within a Group with Interco's ; Experience with IFRS, BEGAAP or any consolidation tool is nice to have ; You are fluent in French and English ; You have good working knowledge of MS Office suite and Excel has no secrets for you ; You are able to work independently but you have a team spirit ; You have excellent numerical and analytical skills ; You are rigorous, persistent and flexible ; You are passionate about Africa's development.
