AP/AR Accountant

Are you a driven finance professional who loves both numbers and processes? Do you want to work in a dynamic team where you are responsible for both accounts payable and accounts receivable, while also being involved in innovative ERP projects? Then we are looking for you Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) Process invoices via OCR software and Peppol, and follow up on automated payment batches. Execute manual payments to suppliers. Resolve payment issues and communicate proactively with suppliers. Verify invoices and support the approval process for payments. Accounts Receivable (AR) Post incoming payments and reconcile them against sales transactions. Allocate payments to customers, even when invoices are not automatically matched. Manage receivables and ensure timely collection of customer payments. Maintain T-accounts related to payment service providers. Handle credit notes and direct debit Prepare monthly financial reports General / Team Support Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Support colleagues within the Finance team as needed. Embrace, test, and implement new technologies and processes, including SAP Cloud ERP projects. Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in AP and/or AR. Language skills: Dutch (native), English (good). Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (SAP is a plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Communicative, constructive, and a true team player.
