Borealis Hotel Group has recently opened the Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport and Adagio Access Brussels Airport. We are now looking for a motivated Chief Engineer (f/m/d) who not only solves problems, but also develops creative solutions to take our operations to the next level.

Our ideal candidate manages all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements, also in regards to external companies.

Your working day includes:

- Assisting by overseeing all aspects of the technical operations of the hotel

- Creating a working environment that supports our values to ensure guest satisfaction

- Dealing with all kinds of technical activities in the hotel

- Maintaining consistent standards in technical and administrative tasks

- Managing external partners

- Ensuring that the hotel is always in top condition

Your profile
