One of our clients, a well-established player in the Real Estate sector located in the heart of Brussels, is currently looking for a Sales Assistant to support a team of six sales representatives. You will join a dynamic, professional, and corporate environment where you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Are you a true all-rounder who enjoys administrative tasks and thrives in a role with frequent external contacts? Then this opportunity is for you Your responsibilities As a Sales Assistant, you will: Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales representatives while they are out in the field. Ensure accurate, daily follow-up of sales figures and data. Keep the CRM/database up to date with precision and consistency. Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for the sales team. Act as a key point of coordination between internal departments to guarantee seamless commercial follow-up. Communicate with clients regarding appointments, documentation, and ongoing files. Your profile We are looking for someone who: Is fluent in Dutch and French, with a very good command of English, both written and spoken. Has a first experience in an administrative, customer service, inside sales, or similar role. Is flexible, proactive, and able to adapt easily to different environments. Is highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility. What's in it for you?
