As a Service Delivery Manager, you are responsible for the follow-up and management of large and/or complex cloud service contracts with customers. You monitor the contractual agreements and are the point of contact for all internal parties that are active within the service contract.

What are you coming to do with us?
- You are responsible for the follow-up and management of large and/or complex cloud service contracts with customers.
- You monitor the contractual agreements with the customer and you are the linking pin to all internal parties that are active within the service contract.
- You play a crucial role in detecting or suggesting new opportunities or improvement processes for your customers.
- You monitor the services budget and guarantee error-free invoicing to the customer.
- As a unique point of contact for the customer, you are a trusted advisor for everything that concerns service delivery.
Who do we want in our team?
- You have extensive knowledge of and experience with IT Service Delivery processes in large-scale and/or demanding environments.
- You have experience and expertise with ITIL. Having ITIL certificates is a plus.
- Networking is your second nature and you master the art of challenging, convincing and motivating people. You are an efficient builder of bridges.
- You can set priorities autonomously and you are able to work independently and make decisions within the domain for which you are responsible.
- You have at least five years of relevant experience in IT, of which at least two years in service delivery.
- You are broadly interested in IT technology and you closely follow trends in (public) cloud technology; we assume you have a natural interest in this.
- You are a team player who communicates effortlessly.
- You are ambitious about obtaining an Azure Fundamentals certificate if you do not already have one.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English and you have an operational level of French.
