Het Center for Public Health Psychiatry en het Universitair Psychiatrisch Centrum Z.org KU Leuven werden aangesteld door de FOD Volksgezondheid voor de ondersteuning van de implementatie en evaluatie van psychiatrische High en Intensive Care (HIC) in België (Project HIC³). High-Intensive Care (HIC) Units zijn gespecialiseerde units die ontworpen zijn om uitgebreide en intensieve zorg te bieden aan mensen die een ernstige psychiatrische crisis doormaken. je functie je draagt bij aan de sinds 2020 progressieve transitie van 31 HIC units in België naar een meer humane, patiëntgerichte en veilige omgeving volgens standaard richtlijnen, HIC-monitor je werkt als onderzoeker mee aan het wetenschappelijk implementatie- en evaluatieonderzoek als onderdeel van het project HIC³, waarbij je helpt bij het opzetten en analyseren van grote datasets i.f.v. zowel kwantitatief als kwalitatief onderzoek Profiel je hebt een master diploma en interesse in geestelijke gezondheidszorg je bent tweetalig, mondeling en schriftelijk, C1 Frans / Nederlands je bouwt graag mee aan de innovatieve beweging van het project HIC³, kaderend binnen de hervorming van de Belgische geestelijke gezondheidszorg je hebt goede contactvaardigheden om met de betrokken centra en partners in gesprek te gaan je bent een loyale teamspeler en sterk in zelfstandig werken je beschikt over een proactieve aanpak gecombineerd met een wetenschappelijke gretigheid en nauwkeurigheid je hebt interesse in het gebruik van statistische pakketten Aanbod je zal deel uitmaken van een nationaal en internationaal toonaangevend team met zeer relevante ervaring en expertise op het gebied van publieke geestelijke gezondheid je komt terecht een boeiende en dynamische werkomgeving waar zorgkwaliteit en vernieuwing centraal staan we bieden een interessant verloningspakket je start met een contract bepaalde duur van 1 jaar met kans op verlenging
