Foreman – Earthworks ASAP Construct is looking for a experiance Foreman Earthworks – Antwerp region For a stable construction company with many years of expertise in infrastructure and utility works, we are looking for a foreman who likes to be hands-on and present on site. You will work on various sites in the Antwerp region. What will you do? -As a foreman, you lead a team of two workers and ensure that all activities run smoothly and safely. Your experience and commitment truly make a difference on the job site. Your responsibilities include: -Coordinating the daily activities of your crew -Ensuring efficient and correct execution of the earthworks -Acting as the first point of contact on site and monitoring progress -Preparing clear reports and site documentation -Motivating your team and creating a safe, positive working environment Start date planned: mid-January 2026 Would you like to finish 2025 in your current job or company, and is it time for a new challenge as a Foreman in Earthworks? Wie ben jij? - What do we expect from you as an Earthworks Foreman? - You have several years of experience as a foreman in earthworks and know how to lead a team efficiently. - You speak English fluently; knowledge of Polish and Dutch is a valuable plus. - You hold a BE driving licence – as a foreman, you are responsible for picking up your colleagues and driving them to the site. Without a licence, this simply isn’t possible. - Reliability, punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility are key characteristics that define you. - You can work both independently and as part of a team, and you take initiative when needed. - You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, preferably in English. - If you also speak Polish, that is definitely an advantage within our international team. - Together with your crew, you are willing to carry out daily earthworks on water pipelines and collectors across multiple sites in the Antwerp region. - You have a VCA certificate, or you are willing to obtain one via ASAP before starting. - Are you currently self-employed but ready for a stable role within a solid company? If you have completed training in structural work or road construction, this is definitely an added advantage. Vakkennis: Experience in earthworks Leadership skills / experience as a foreman Talenkennis: Good to very good command of English, both spoken and written.
