About the role
- Our DEI team is integrated in the Talent and culture team in the Human resources department.
- As a DEI Partner, you will work on implementing the DEI strategy company wide and ensuring DEI programs or initiatives are responsive to business and support business growth.
- You will be accountable for:
- Developing and implementing DEI programs and policies
- Serving as a subject matter expert in DEI, staying informed on latest DEI trends and practices and incorporating best practices
- Partnering with employees led communities (ERGs, DEI ambassadors) to build trust and provide guidance
- Partnering with HR teams and local HR to embed DEI into their local realities and integrate DEI in HR Processes
- Liaising with external partners as per need to strengthen DEI experience and impact
- Monitoring and measuring impact of the DEI journey and adapting or enhancing it accordingly
- Developing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the DEI initiatives and ensure continuous improvement, and managing DEI reporting
- We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Human resources
- Relevant work experience of 3 to 5 years in DEI with a multicountry scope.
- Proven track record of implementing successful DEI initiatives that drive business impact
- Knowledge of DEI best practices, regulations and trends
- Behaviors:
- Communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Program management skills
- Proficiency with data
About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country (Belgium) base pay reasonably expected for this role is 95,000 euros to 120,000 euros, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
