As an import Logistics Clerk, you play a crucial role in coordinating export processes and providing excellent customer service. Read on and discover what your future could look like in our dynamic team Beschrijving van de functie Your tasks: - Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow - Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system - Track and trace Air export files as required - Use Workflows on daily basis - Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers for export shipments - Ensure arrival notices are communicated to overseas and customers - Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing. - Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards - Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers (airlines, trucking companies, and others) - Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer's policies / requirements. - Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency - Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated - Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures - Keying of air import shipment according to the KPI s and customer's requirements. - Release files according to KPI and customer requirements in compliance with all rules and regulations - Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external) Jouw profiel - 2-3 years related experience - Bachelors degree - Understanding of air documentation process is needed - Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results - Pro-active, strong organizational skills - Good computer skills (Excel, Word) - IATA certification (preferred) - Fluent in English end a good level of dutch - Eligible to work in Belgium Taalvaardigheden - Frans (troef) - Begrijpen : Vaardig - (C1) - Schrijven : Vaardig - (C1) - Lezen : Vaardig - (C1) - Spreken : Vaardig - (C1)
