Stop met dromen en kom ons team versterken Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Process Manager Governance. Wat je bij ons zal realiseren: De Process Manager Governance is verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch en tactisch organiseren van de ICT-processen binnen de luchthaven. Het doel is om de ICT-organisatie voorspelbaar, kwalitatief en transparant te maken, met behoud van flexibiliteit. Dit ondersteunt de afstemming van ICT op de strategische bedrijfsdoelen. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Organisatie en sturing van strategische overlegorganen: Coördineren van vijf strategische ICT-overlegstructuren. Zorgen voor een effectieve besluitvorming binnen deze structuren. Beheer van de Balanced Scorecard: Vertalen van strategische ICT-doelstellingen naar meetbare parameters. Monitoren en rapporteren van prestaties aan de hand van deze parameters. Structuren en processen: Ontwerpen en onderhouden van processen, relaties en verantwoordelijkheden binnen de ICT-organisatie. Voldoen aan verwachtingen vanuit de organisatie en externe stakeholders. Strategisch advies en ondersteuning: Adviseren van het CDO en leidinggevenden over strategische en organisatorische uitdagingen. Bijdragen aan het ontwikkelen van ICT-strategieën die aansluiten bij de bedrijfsdoelen. Coaching en ondersteuning van medewerkers: Verbeteren van de samenwerking tussen ICT-medewerkers en collega's in andere afdelingen. Begeleiden van externe krachten en ontwikkelen van procesmanagementcompetenties. People management: Aansturen van een team van procesmanagers (1-5 directe reports). Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor evaluatieprocessen en personeelsontwikkeling binnen het team. Financiële verantwoordelijkheid: Beheer van een jaarlijks budget voor verbeteringsinitiatieven binnen ICT Governance. Wat jou onderscheidt: Opleiding: Masterdiploma in een ICT- of technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ervaring: Minimaal 7-10 jaar relevante werkervaring, inclusief leidinggevende ervaring. Talenkennis: Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Vaardigheden: Grondige kennis van proces- en projectmanagement, frameworks zoals ITIL en Cobit, en IT-auditing. Leiderschap op het gebied van organisatie, change management, en teambuilding. Sterke probleemoplossende en conceptuele denkvaardigheden. Uitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden. Inzicht in de bedrijfsvoering en strategie van de luchthaven en de rol van ICT hierin. Gaat je hart al sneller slaan?
