We are searching for a Senior Data Analyst / Power BI to strengthen our Microsoft-Team To join them in working on new upcoming projects.
Your job
As a Data Analyst/Power BI Expert at LACO, you'll be responsible for
Understanding and mapping out the requirements of the business
Collecting, cleaning and pre-processing data from various sources
Working closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise in Power BI to create compelling visualizations and reports
Designing, optimizing, and developing Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs and requirements
Working closely with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Power BI reports, transforming complex data sets into meaningful insights through the creation of data visualizations
Staying up to date with the latest Power BI Microsoft Fabric features and best practices to excel in this role
Your skills
You have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
You have an analytical mindset
You have at least 3 years proven experience as a Power BI Developer or a similar role
You know all about the programming languages SQL, DAX and Python
You can model data using Kimball, Dimensional Modelling and Data Vault
You are proficient in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling and custom visuals
You get even more bonus points if ...
You have a good knowledge of Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Databricks
You are familiar with diverse types of data Storage for structured data
You are a strong communicator with teamwork abilities
You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
