VG 458/BUOSAP - key responsibilities - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak, het beheer, de organisatie en de implementatie van processen binnen het KMO-segment. - Je bewaakt processen met een kritische blik, detecteert risico's en pijnpunten en formuleert concrete verbetervoorstellen. - Je monitort de prestaties en de kwaliteit van de resultaten in samenwerking met de process owner. - Je draagt zorg voor actuele procesdocumentatie en verzorgt het inhoudelijke aspect van bijbehorende opleidingen. - Je stuurt bij waar nodig om een hoogwaardige dienstverlening te garanderen. - experience Medior - skills - Nederlands - qualifications - Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen de dienstverlenende sector. - Je hebt een passie voor het KMO-segment en verdiept je graag in thema's als flexibel verlonen en onboarding. - Je bent een geboren netwerker die vlot en respectvol communiceert met verschillende stakeholders. - Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen en kunt klantvragen omzetten in innovatieve ideeën. - Je bent een echte people manager die medewerkers en klanten weet te inspireren en te ondersteunen. - education - Bachelors or equivalent share this job.
