The finance organization plays a key role as a business partner, supporting strategic decisions and ensuring sustainable performance. To reinforce this vision, we are recruiting a Head of Controlling to lead the controlling activities for Belgium and the Netherlands. Jobomschrijving As Head of Controlling, you will: - Lead and develop a team of 6 controllers, including one based in the Netherlands. - Oversee financial controlling activities for Belgium and the Netherlands, ensuring accuracy and compliance with group standards. - Act as a business partner to senior management, providing financial insights and supporting decision-making. - Drive the budgeting, forecasting and reporting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Optimize controlling tools, processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and reliability. - Provide leadership on performance monitoring (KPIs, variance analysis, profitability studies). - Participate actively in transversal projects within the finance department and with other functions. Jouw profiel - Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in controlling or finance, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, or an international matrix environment. - Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in managing and developing teams. - Excellent analytical mindset combined with the ability to communicate complex information clearly. - Business partnering skills: able to challenge and support operational and strategic decisions. - Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
