Als Customer Advisor bij een toonaangevend maatschappelijk verantwoord incassobureau in Gent, behandel je eerstelijnsklantencontacten via verschillende kanalen en correspondeer je. Je doel is om klanten te motiveren om hun achterstallige betalingen op te pakken en om bij betwistingen de juiste informatie door te geven aan tweedelijns ondersteuning. Dit alles doe je op een empathische enklantgerichte manier, in lijn met onze normen en waarden: empathy, dedication, solutions enethics. Profiel Grondige kennis Frans is noodzakelijk.?Vroege shift' vanaf 8u30. Af en toe ?late shift' tot 18u.Max. 1 op 4 weekends een zaterdagochtend-shift (9 tot 13u).
