Job Description:
En tant que project manager automation, vous serez responsable de :
1. Gérer de A à Z des projets innovants de manière autonome, contribuant ainsi à la performance de notre Business Unit.
2. Encadrer et gérer quotidiennement une équipe d'une dizaine de collaborateurs (internes et externes).
3. Être responsable de la planification, du budget et de la réalisation des exigences fonctionnelles du client pour les projets assignés.
4. Identifier et gérer activement tous les risques liés aux projets.
5. Maintenir des contacts étroits avec nos clients, assurant leur satisfaction, et identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités avec les clients existants et potentiels.
6. Rédiger les offres de prix.
Candidate Profile:
Vous possédez un Master en Sciences de l'Ingénieur Industriel, avec une orientation en automatisation ou électromécanique. Vous avez au moins 7 ans d'expérience en automatisation industrielle, avec une expérience réussie dans la gestion de projets dans le secteur de l'industrie, ce qui constitue un réel atout. Vous avez des compétences en gestion de projet et en management d'équipe, avec un fort esprit d'équipe et une excellente communication. Vous possédez une capacité d'analyse élevée, faites preuve de pragmatisme et d'initiative. Vous êtes flexible, précis et passionné par l'automatisation. Vous parlez couramment le français et maîtrisez l'anglais.
