Our client is a contractor for industrial and petrochemical installations, specializing in tank maintenance and tank construction worldwide. They are experts in tank jacking, civil works, piping works, turnarounds, painting works, E&I, E&A, panel building, and engineering. Our client was founded in 1922 and has a long history in the field of tank terminals and refineries. Tarmac Labourer (groundworker) Functieomschrijving Who are we looking for in the position of ground worker for the Antwerp region? Tasks and responsibilities: - Performing excavation and groundworks - Preparing construction sites, including removing obstacles - Assisting in the installation of sewage systems, foundations, and pavements - Installing and connecting various utilities - Operating small machinery such as compactors and mini excavators - Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment - Working according to safety regulations and procedures Profiel Who are we looking for in the role of groundworker in the Antwerp region? - Proven work experience as a groundworker or in a similar role. - Capable of performing physically demanding work. - Good knowledge of various groundworking techniques. - Team player but also able to work independently. - In possession of a VCA certificate or willing to obtain one. - Driving license B is a plus, driving license BE is an advantage. - Flexible and motivated work attitude.
