Overview Compensation: Meaningful equity plus competitive package One of our clients is building an institutional grade, on chain treasury platform within a high growth derivatives and DeFi ecosystem. The business combines active treasury management with proprietary infrastructure designed to generate yield beyond standard DeFi strategies. They are now looking for a senior capital markets and treasury leader to join at co founder and board level. This role will own treasury strategy, fundraising execution, and investor relationships as the platform scales from early capital into significant institutional raises. What you will be doing - Own treasury strategy including risk management, asset allocation, and yield optimisation - Lead capital raises from initial multi million seed funding through to larger institutional rounds - Build and manage relationships with VCs, hedge funds, market makers, and strategic partners across crypto and traditional finance - Act as a senior investor facing representative and board member - Partner closely with the executive team on long term strategy, governance, and token exposure What they are looking for - Senior experience in capital markets, treasury, or fundraising at an institutional level - Strong network across crypto native investors, market makers, or traditional finance institutions - Deep understanding of either on chain markets and DeFi or traditional capital markets, ideally with experience bridging both - High credibility with investors and comfort operating in early stage, high ambiguity environments Why this role - Board level influence in a company building next generation on chain financial infrastructure - Active treasury strategy rather than passive balance sheet management - Direct involvement in significant capital raises and long term platform strategy - Meaningful equity upside aligned with long term growth If this sounds like you, we would love to share more details confidentially. #J-18808-Ljbffr
