We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Flemish Belgium.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale CAPEX projects, particularly in heavy industrial environments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing civil engineering aspects, including site preparation, foundations, and structural work.
- Ensuring compliance with local and national building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinating with contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits.
- Overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and execution of civil works.
- Managing risk assessments and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Your Expertise
- Experience in civil project management, preferably in heavy industrial environments on large-scale CAPEX projects.
- Strong knowledge of Belgian permitting processes and construction regulations.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive project success.
