At THE WILTCHER'S | A Steigenberger Icon Hotel, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. As the **Conference and Events Coordinator**, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of conferences, meetings, and banquets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment.

• Collaborating with the Conference and Events Manager to develop and implement event strategies.

• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • Genuine passion for events, food, and hospitality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business School or Hotel/Events Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in the meeting and events department.
  • Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in French, Dutch, and English.
