The Job
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent client support via phone and/or email.
- Ensuring proper stock levels of Krka's products.
- Managing client complaints and feedback.
- Analyzing sales data and providing insights.
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
