At Permanent People Rec2Rec, we're looking for a skilled Contract Recruitment Expert to join our team in Antwerp. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established global recruitment firm that has over 40 years of experience in agency recruitment.
We're expanding our operations in Belgium and opening a new office in Antwerp, offering a unique chance to be part of a growing team. As a Contract Recruitment Expert, you'll play a key role in managing and expanding existing accounts, building relationships with clients, and specialising in the Chemical Engineering market within contract recruitment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM
- Monitor and analyse market trends to stay ahead of competition and provide innovative solutions to clients
You:
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN CONTRACT RECRUITMENT, IDEALLY IN RENEWABLES, ENGINEERING OR TECH
- FREQUENTLY TRAVEL TO CLIENT SITES AND CONFERENCES TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AND EXPAND BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- BE A SELF-STARTER WHO IS CAPABLE AND COMFORTABLE WORKING INDEPENDENTLY WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION
