Supply Chain Optimization Leader

As a Supply Chain Optimization Leader at Vivid Resourcing, you will be responsible for leading a team to manage and optimize supply chain processes. Your expertise in procurement, inventory management, supplier relations, logistics, and distribution will drive operational excellence.
The role requires a deep understanding of the microelectronics industry, ensuring efficient material flow while mitigating risks associated with component shortages and supply chain disruptions.
You will oversee procurement of microelectronic components, establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners, and monitor supply chain performance using KPIs.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing supply chain strategies, managing inventory, demand planning, and material forecasting, as well as collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams to align supply chain operations with business goals.
A strong leadership experience is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in supply chain management preferably within the microelectronics or semiconductor industry.
