At Ntrinsic Consulting, we are seeking a skilled HR Recruitment Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to making job offers.
Responsibilities:- Maintain and update our Recruitment Information System
- Provide advice and guidance based on recruitment best practices, market conditions, candidates, and acting as subject matter expert to facilitate the recruitment process by working with the hiring manager
- Maintain contacts with external parties, like staffing agencies and job sites
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and other events
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in Dutch/Flemish and English, as well as ~2 to 5 years (in-house) recruitment experience, preferably with high-volume recruitment. A University Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or a related field is also required.
