As an HR Business Partner Lead, you'll be part of our dynamic Benelux HR team, working in a fast-paced and changing environment with a variety of HR topics across different Sony business areas. Our team is recognised as a fantastic source of support for line managers and employees, taking pride in what we do while having fun doing it together.
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for developing partnerships with both business leads and local diverse teams by providing HR guidance and solutions. You will act as the first point of contact for HR queries and ensure HR is integrated into day-to-day business. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development initiatives.
- Ensuring smooth execution and follow-up of HR Administration tasks, including contractual changes, vendor management, benefits administration, work permits, and other expat administration.
- Coordinating Workers Council and Health & Safety committee meetings, including preparing agendas, communicating with unions, and following up on agreed actions.
- Liaising with local external legal partners, such as government authorities and industry associations.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A first HR experience, ideally with knowledge of HR Systems (such as Workday).
- Experience and knowledge of the Belgian legal HR framework.
- A hands-on approach and flexible mindset to adapt to fast-moving business circumstances.
- Experience within an international matrix organization is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Dutch.
- Excellent knowledge and skills of MS-Office.
