Your Role as a Business Analyst:
As a Business Analyst within the OPC Transformation Tooling Project, you will be responsible for:
- Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Working closely with subject matter experts to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Identifying and defining product requirements, use cases, and business processes.
- Collaborating with project managers, developers, and stakeholders across the organization.
- Facilitating the transition of requirements to designers/developers and ensuring accurate understanding for successful implementation.
- Defining test conditions and expected results for UAT, product, and performance testing.
- Participating in quality reviews to ensure requirements align with design and delivery outcomes.
- Managing requirements traceability for impact analysis and coverage.
- Actively contributing to the full project lifecycle, from strategy to delivery, in close collaboration with IT and development teams.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in business analysis, requirements management, or process improvement.
- Experience with workflow processes and conceptual modeling techniques.
Technical Skills:
You should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Solid understanding of IT systems and testing processes.
