As the Head of Building Performance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with the company's vision. This involves defining the company's approach to energy and sustainability, identifying opportunities for improvement, and overseeing the implementation of sustainable practices across the organization.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a sustainability strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for energy efficiency and sustainability improvements
- Oversee the development and implementation of sustainable practices across the organization
- Lead a team of internal and external collaborators to drive sustainability initiatives
- Monitor and analyze trends, data, and models related to sustainability and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze technological opportunities to optimize the sustainability of the portfolio and develop a business plan around energy and sustainability
- Manage global resource planning for Energy & Sustainability and act as a senior project leader for sustainability-enhancing projects
- Manage the Energy & Sustainability team and maintain close contact with entities across different countries
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. environmental science, business administration)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in project and change management
- Strong network within the energy and sustainability market
- Strategic vision, creative ideas, entrepreneurial mindset, and understanding of business operations
- Excellent team player and people manager with outstanding communication skills in Dutch, English, and French
