\\Job Description
\As an Account Manager, you will take care of the further development and follow-up of existing customers within our Industrials (Chemicals and Liquids) business unit. Your key role involves building long-term customer relationships by offering optimal and proactive services.
\You manage projects that involve close contact with our customers, communicating proactively about project status and striving to collaborate optimally with operations. You also continue to be involved once projects have been delivered, organizing necessary support for existing customers.
\In this role, you report to the Commercial Manager Belgium and work closely with customers to seek out new opportunities.
\\Required Skills and Qualifications
\To succeed in this position, you should hold at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills through experience. A background in commercial logistics and familiarity with the world of freight forwarding are essential.
\Experience and/or a network in the chemicals/liquids sector are highly valued, as well as experience managing projects with clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, and fluency in Dutch and English is required. Knowledge of French is a plus.
\Customer focus and a strong networker/solution-seller mindset are paramount to your success in this role.
