Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the digital-ready policymaking team's decisions on topics like the scope of the digital-ready support service or the evolution of the digital-ready policymaking community. This includes collecting information on digital-ready policymaking activities and needs from internal and external sources, analysing such data and visualizing the findings to inform the digital-ready policymaking team's decisions, and streamlining regulatory reporting – including its semantic aspect and potential for automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- University degree (BSc/MSc)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT and data infrastructure
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with several programming languages (Java, Python/R, JavaScript, HTML)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Data Modelling and SQL
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), data handling (Talend Open Studio, Hadoop, FME), and data modelling (metadata management)
