We're looking for an exceptional Technical Sales Representative for Cyber Security Products who can connect with customers, deliver compelling solutions, and drive sales success. As a Presales Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for technical guidance and strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing expert advice on cybersecurity solutions and recommending customized packages based on customer needs;
- Work closely with our engineering team to design, implement, and test security solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and expectations;
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our cybersecurity portfolio, including its capabilities, limitations, and competitive landscape;
- Create engaging and informative content, such as case studies, whitepapers, and webinars, to educate customers about the benefits of our security solutions;
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships with key stakeholders, promote our brand, and stay updated on the latest industry trends;
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in sales or a technical role in cybersecurity;
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers, colleagues, and partners;
- You are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest developments in cybersecurity, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth;
- You can work independently, yet effectively collaborate as part of a team to achieve shared objectives;
