Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at Partena Professional. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM system and developing impactful CRM, marketing automation, and data quality strategies.
About the Role:
- You will report to the Head of Digital Marketing and collaborate closely with other teams, including marketing, IT, sales, and customer service.
- You will manage and develop our Salesforce CRM system from a commercial perspective, ensuring it evolves into a leading CRM and data system.
- You will integrate multiple data points and develop a strategic vision to leverage this data.
- You will design and implement marketing automation (Account Engagement) and data quality strategies, including email campaigns, personalized content, automated workflows, lead nurturing and scoring, data enrichment, reporting, and profiling.
- You will analyze customer data and behavior to identify segments and develop targeted CRM strategies aligned with the needs and preferences of different customer groups.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in CRM management and marketing automation within a B2B environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce (Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.).
- Experience in creating and executing automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business goals and customer data into personalized communication and effective marketing strategies.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Fluent in at least two of the following languages: French, Dutch, and English.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
- Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
