Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to the Service Desk and coordinate activities as required.
- Diagnose and remediate desktop system issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Offer hardware installation, move, add, change (IMAC) services, and troubleshoot hardware component issues.
- Install and configure operating systems, computer applications, and image new or existing desktops.
- Enter computer assets into management applications and relocate end-user hardware equipment as needed.
- Reconnect end-user telephones sets during relocations or changes in setup.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of desktop systems and proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
- Experience with operating system installations and familiarity with MS Office troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
