At ImmuneSpec, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Prepare and process immunopeptidomics samples using various techniques such as affinity purification, solid phase extraction, and mass spectrometry sample preparation.
- Support R&D efforts by preparing reagents and materials, maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Operate and maintain instruments and specialized equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to design and execute experiments, interpret results, and present findings to internal collaborators.
- Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Follow procedures and documentation standards in agreement with the Quality Management System to ensure the highest standards of data integrity.
- Document experimental procedures, results, and data analysis in electronic databases and lab notebooks.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and optimize LC-MS methods, contributing to the innovation of our experimental approaches.
We value candidates who are meticulous, open to learning, and passionate about shaping the future of biotherapeutics and immunotherapy.
Having experience in protein production, protein biochemistry, or affinity purification, and western blotting is considered an asset.
