Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering a premium recruitment process for contingent, temporary, and contract roles. Your main focus will be building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive requisition volume and ensure an excellent experience for hiring managers and the sourcing team.
- Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Build connections with hiring managers to increase requisition flow and promote our direct sourcing solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sourcing Team: Work closely with our Global Business Services (GBS) sourcing team to support sourcing operations and meet hiring needs.
- Utilize Recruitment Technology: Manage requisitions and data in Fieldglass (Vendor Management System) and produce reports as needed.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct Stakeholder Reviews: Host periodic meetings with stakeholders to review progress, share KPIs, and strategize improvements.
