The Job Description
As a Global Clinical Trial Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting project tasks within clinical research, working closely with the CRA and Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the processing and archiving of study-related documents.
- Managing payments and tracking study budgets.
- Coordinating meetings and taking care of logistical and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the industry.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills.
- Able to plan and organize effectively.
- Detailed-oriented.
- Proficient in English and Dutch or French languages.
This is a hybrid position requiring both office and remote work, and you will need to be based in Belgium.
