- Bouw en onderhoud je een kwalitatieve vertrouwensrelatie met het management: je ondersteunt, adviseert, challenget en coacht het management rond de toepassing en implementering van het HR-beleid/de HR-processen.
- Begeleid je de medewerkers tijdens hun hele loopbaan (onthaal, integratie, ontwikkeling, vertrek).
- Beheer je op pragmatische wijze de vragen die kaderen in jouw verantwoordelijkheidsdomein, je garandeert een administratieve ondersteuning en reporting.
- Formuleer je voorstellen om de HR-processen aan te passen en te verbeteren zodat het HR-beleid overeenstemt met de visie van de organisatie en de realiteit van de dagelijkse werking.
- Een masteropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- 5 jaar ervaring als HR Business Partner of verschillende ervaringen in verschillende HR-domeinen is een must
- Een zeer goede kennis van de sociale wetgeving is onontbeerlijk in deze functie
- Goede communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Frans en in het Nederlands
- Mensgerichtheid en empathie maken deel uit van je persoonlijkheid
- Een goed beheer van de prioriteiten en de planning
- Een goede kennis van MS Office
