Vivid Resourcing is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team as a freelance consultant. As a key member of our infrastructure and monitoring domain, you will be responsible for managing our customer's infrastructure and application monitoring.
This long-term freelance role involves structuring Cisco UCS-X infrastructure and implementing Dynatrace for performance monitoring and KPI tracking. You will design and implement a monitoring framework that enhances end-user satisfaction, performance insights, and proactive issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Dynatrace for application monitoring and performance tracking.
- Assess and structure the Cisco UCS-X infrastructure for improved efficiency.
- Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to application performance and end-user experience.
- Identify relationships between KPIs and performance metrics, such as login times and system responsiveness.
- Provide insights on performance degradation and define action plans to resolve issues proactively.
- Lead steering and implementation projects, ensuring smooth adoption of monitoring tools and processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and monitoring.
- Strong expertise in Application Performance Management, KPI development, and performance analysis (ideally with Dynatrace).
- Experience with Cisco infrastructure.
- Ideally experience working in the PSAP domain.
- Project management experience related to monitoring tool implementation.
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of French or Dutch as a plus.
