As a resource & capacity analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analysing resource availability and demand to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve resource utilisation rates and reduce costs.
- Optimising production processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and effective communication.
- Identifying and mitigating potential capacity issues to prevent delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to:
- Provide input to the development of company-wide policies and procedures related to resource management.
- Participate in process improvements initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of the organisation.
- Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
