SAP FI/CO Manager is a critical member of our SAP Center of Excellence team, providing expert SAP services to all members of Nipro Corporation - Global. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP functional areas and corresponding business processes, with the ability to design and implement integrated cross-functional flows.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Finance & Controlling template solution across business units, leveraging their expertise to design, review, implement, and test solutions in the corresponding area. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system usage and improve process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Finance & Controlling template solution across business units.
  • Design, review, implement, and test solutions in the corresponding area.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system usage and improve process efficiency.
  • Provide support and assistance to users, diagnose and resolve system issues in cooperation with external SAP partners.
  • Keep the project Consultant informed about project progress and issues.

SAP Maintenance and Support (20%):

  • Implement solutions in the FI/CO area related to an evolving regulatory environment, business development, and simplification initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose and resolve system issues in cooperation with external SAP partners.
  • Identify recurring issues, analyze, and propose solutions for the root cause.
  • Align solutions to SAP release and project/support schedules.
  • Optimize system usage and help the business use the application in a more efficient way.
  • Manage support of the assigned functional area, keeping track of AMS team tasks, performance, actual efforts vs estimations, etc.
  • Assess content, analyze impact, and approve transport requests ready for production deployment in their functional area.
  • Assess, approve, and follow up emergency access requests related to the assigned functionality.

Organization and Processes (20%):

  • Develop and document process improvements based on their experience and vision.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to transfer key users the necessary knowledge to use the application correctly.
  • Create user manuals and maintain the knowledge base.
  • Help key users to test the system and realize system acceptance.
  • Set priorities appropriately, ensure that work outputs of the assigned area's team are timely and of the highest quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO development in large international organizations.
  • Experience in HQ is a plus.
  • English is a must. Any other language is an added value.
  • Very good understanding of finance and controlling processes.
