About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Aankoper/Calculator to join our team. As an Aankoper/Calculator, you will play a critical role in the cost estimation and procurement process for our projects. You will work closely with our purchasing team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
- Prepare and analyze tenders and cost estimates.
- Evaluate tenders from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Analyze and optimize cost models to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to refine tender documents.
- Self-motivated and responsible individual.
- Technical knowledge of the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Dutch and French languages.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Bachelor or master's degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Sciences.
