Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Transformation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will design and build modern data platforms on-premise or in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) to support diverse analytics, reporting, and regulatory requirements. You will develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines (batch and real-time), leveraging tools like Spark, Kafka, and modern CI/CD practices.
You will also support the implementation and customization of data management solutions (e.g., Collibra, Snowflake, Informatica, Dataiku). Additionally, you will define data quality rules, trace data lineage, and enforce data governance policies to ensure reliable and compliant datasets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires a strong understanding of financial services regulations and challenges. You should have experience or a strong interest in data engineering, data architecture, data governance, or data analytics. You should be proficient in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is highly valued.
For mid-level positions (5-7 years experience), we require a proven track record in building data pipelines, designing data models, or implementing data governance frameworks. For senior/lead positions (+7 years experience), we require the ability to lead and mentor project teams, shape technical strategies, and manage stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated expertise in large-scale data platform implementations and/or management consulting is highly desirable.
