We are seeking a seasoned Chief Security Strategist to collaborate with our client's team at Koda Staff. In this role, you will develop and maintain the company's security reference architecture, working closely with enterprise and domain architects to design effective security solutions that align with our business goals.
Our client is a leading organization in the field of cybersecurity, and we're looking for an experienced Security Architect who can help translate the CISO's vision into actionable strategies and high-level, pragmatic solutions.
The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of our Information Security Management System (ISMS). They will drive innovative approaches to risk management, policy creation, and security awareness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure compliance with international standards like ISO27001.
The successful candidate will shape and oversee our Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategy. They will manage cybersecurity solutions, from incident response to governance and beyond. Additionally, they will contribute to a dynamic role combining technical expertise with strategic influence.

To succeed in this position, you should have:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and think outside the box.
