We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Expert to join our team at Talents4You. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support and system engineers, providing expert advice to partners on infrastructure improvements and services offered, and ensuring regular presentations and reports on negotiated KPIs and service quality.
You will work closely with partners to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that meet their needs. Your expertise in ITIL and other service management methodologies will be essential in driving process and service optimization.
A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with customers and providing them with added value through your expertise and guidance. You will also contribute to the development of new services and processes, helping Talents4You stay ahead in the market.
