Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead growth in Belgium and join our team of over 1000 professionals. As a key member of our international sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and leading a talented team.
Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients for our Supply Chain/WMS offerings. Additionally, you will provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of 10 professionals, ensuring their success and growth.
You will represent the Country Manager and contribute to our overall strategic direction in Belgium. To achieve this, you will need to have extensive sales experience in the Supply Chain and/or WMS SaaS industry, as well as proven ability to generate new business and build strong client relationships.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent English and Flemish language skills (mandatory); strong French skills are highly desirable. You will also need to demonstrate exceptional people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of sales success in the Supply Chain and/or WMS SaaS industry
- Leadership and people management skills
- Excellent English and Flemish language skills (mandatory); strong French skills are highly desirable
