Your Role at Magnus Energy
As a Principal Consultant, you will be part of a highly motivated team of 60+ consultants and industry experts. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality analysis of financial aspects related to energy markets. You will work on challenging projects, collaborating with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships within the European energy landscape
  • Conducting thorough analysis of electricity markets, including their functioning, design, and dynamics
  • Drafting comprehensive proposals for clients


Requirements
* MSc or PhD in Energy Economics, Finance, or a related field
* Strong understanding of electricity markets, regulatory frameworks, and investment instruments
* Around 10 years of experience in (economic) electricity market analysis and project management
* Extensive network within the European energy sector, particularly in Belgium
