About the Role
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Belgian-qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience to join our Public law Team. Our team has an excellent reputation in both Belgian and EU procurement legislation.
Responsibilities
- Advising on tenders, contracting authorities, procurement law, and litigation
- Clarifying Belgian procurement legislation, Belgian civil law, and the latest developments at EU level
You are a Belgian-qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in public law (government contracts, environmental law, energy law, etc.). You are fluent in Dutch and English, with French language proficiency suitable for daily business use.
